I had a great experience going through the home insurance claim process with Brightview Exterior and especially with Nick, my sales representative. From the beginning, Nick was extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process, helped make sure everything that was covered was properly accounted for, and made what I expected to be a stressful process feel smooth and stress-free.

Nick was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I never felt like I was left on my own to figure things out.

Bright View Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof. The finished roof looks great, and the crew completed the entire project in one day. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect the landscaping, siding, driveway, and other areas of our property. Their cleanup was very thorough, and everything looked great when they left.

Jerson Ayala, the on-site project manager, was especially good to work with. He kept us informed throughout the day and pointed out several issues and details that were helpful for us to understand. He was professional, attentive, and made the project feel well managed from start to finish.

We recently had our entire roof and gutters replaced by Bright View Exteriors. We are very pleased with the outcome.

They chose to work with a public adjustor who fought on our behalf with the insurance company to get us approved for an entire roof replacement. Jersen was our project manager. He was kind and very communicative throughout the whole process by texting and calling us. The crew showed up when expected and finished the whole roof in one day.

They recently replaced the gutters, gutter guards and down spouts. While tearing down our old down spouts one of the workers accidentally broke one of our flood lights.  Jersen made sure the broken light was cleaned up on our porch before they left and the flood light was replaced a couple days later.
